March 1st is self-harm awareness day. Self-harm is not always obvious, and everyone is worth more than harming themselves, just like Demi Lovato says in this gif. For anyone who has ever battled with self-harm, you are beautiful. Everything about you is beautiful. Think before you speak, because you never know what someone may be going through.
